The Ministry of Health and NMS Infrastructure signed the Commercial Contract for this project on Friday 28th April 2017, at the Ministry of Health offices in Lusaka.
Representing NMS Infrastructure at the contract signing were: Frederik Hsu (Deputy Chairman) and Alistair Johnston (Business Development Manager), with support from NMSI’s in-country Zambian partners, Dr Francis Ndilila of Ndilila Associates and Mike Chiti Mumba of Mertez Limited, as well as the project’s UK Civil Engineering partners from Campbell Reith: Mike Allen and Simon Boots.
